OFFICER REPORTS:

Executive V.P. – James Mitchell

Jim thanked Chuck Bobrowski past V.P. Field Archery for a job well done and he welcomed Al Liguori aboard as V.P. Field Archery for the 2001-2002 archery season. Jim noted that the SFAA had a booth at the Garden State Sportsmen Show at the Raritan Expo Center in Edison, NJ in January.  Jim spoke with the management and was able to procure a booth site that cost over $800.00 for free.   Jim contacted the Clubs and was able to round up a crack team of SFAA members to man the booth.  Jim estimates that 300-500 people stopped by and picked up flyers and received expert information from the people at the booth.  Thanks to all who helped at this successful endeavor.  Jim noted that he would like the Clubs to send him the names and phone numbers of their publicity chairman, so he will have a club contact the next time this type of information is needed.

V.P. Field Archery – Al Liguori

Al gave the three clubs holding the Indoor States in March the score cards needed for this tournament.

The vote of the BCR’s was 5 in favor and 2 opposed.  Mike LePera will look into changing the week-end, if the other states in the sectional are in agreement.
